91663 Text link adding/managing

Dear programmer, For a rather small script this is a large description but it is important that everything is done right. We need a script which can add normal links to existing linklist php-pages. So we select a category, fill in the URL, the description and let the script add it to the right category page + to a list of the latest 100 links on the mainpage. We also need to add categories, so we can add the links to the existing php pages. Everytime a link is added from the admin, the script should registrate how many links are placed in every category, and there should be the possibility to call the number up with a line of php code. The number should also be changeable from the admin. There should also be a possibility to add multiple links to 1 category. Plus a possibility to add multiple links to multiple categories. The whole operation of adding links should be in a good secured area which should be impossible to hack without a password. The whole link mananging thing should be in a fast-to-use style, this is very important as we need to add many links every day. The thousands of category pages are going to be placed over 24 directories(a-z). There also should be an IP and URL blocker in the link-adding proces where we can add IP and URLs to. So the features should be: * If you didn't, read the explaination above first please. - Add/manage categories in the way described above. - Add the html-code for the links to an existing linklist on an exisiting page and on the mainpage in the way described above. - Add 25 different links to 1 category. - Add 10 different links to different categories. - Linknumber registration of categories - Linknumber of category should be changeable from the admin. - I.P. and URL blocker for link-adding - Layout and processing should be fast - Fast-to-use style of design/position of buttons etc... - Everything in a very good secured area. - So there is no database needed for online pages, just for the admin. - Communication over MSN or ICQ That is all. Only serious programmers please. Please read the project description carefully so you know if you are capable of doing this. I like working together with a programmer over a messenger.
