297924 Simple Javascript Job

I need some javascript work done on a form located in [url removed, login to view]

1. Javascript Calculator – Should update the bid total (gray square) as user enters values for “people served” and “bid amount”. If “bid amount” is per/person, calculator should multiply [people served x bid amount]. If “bid amount” is total, calculator must use this value instead. It should also add the values in “other charges” using the same logic described above.

2. Grayed-out Area - When “All-Inclusive” is selected, all fields in the “Other Charges” section become grayed-out (uneditable).

3. Copy fields form first table to second table – When the checkbox is ticked, all values entered in the first table should be populated in the second table.
