54613 Registration Form

Hi folks, I am looking for a registration form to be edited that will allow, data to be inserted into a mysql database basically, i have two scripts, sharing the same database, and want to share the members and username tables with both so at registration, data is inserted into both of the proper areas of the database, further more, i want the data outlined, what changes were made and also, the profile form must be edited to allow data to be updated as well for both scripts thanks for your time
