Need an interface where csv files can be uploaded and have database updated automatically. To access the database, a site visitor must fill out a form with their contact info and search requirements. This content will be emailed to site owner. The site visitor will then be taken to a page that will display the results of the best matches for their search fields that were filled out on the form. The fields with a ** in front of them will be used as the search criteria. After the information is emailed to site owner, then a search results page will display with the appropriate matches. The ** fields will be filled in chosen from a select field so we are sure it will match something in the database.
