Please, in reference to the expected updates, changes and corrections on the site, here are our expections
1.
Secured Socket Layer (SSL) scripting for added security to the site and the ability
to receive credit card payments on the site.
2.
Response Form: Let the automated response message come in a fully
designed form as will be provided to in the attached document to enable the
management or customer service team offer a reliable quote that will reflect, time,
date, items being quoted for, location of shipment and the ship to address.

Home page: A reasonably flashing home page that provides picture information for the line of services provided; Haulage, Air freight, Ocen Freight, Rail Transport, Logistic Support, Land Transport, Mail Service, Door to Door delivery and over night service
4.
Tracking System: Create additional tab on the menu area for tracking and a
sub-link or link at the contact us window to enable customers who want to contact
us the opportunity of tracking their shipment before contacting us.

Services Page: Allow the bulleted list of services we provide as a sub link to
allow for additional explanation of the services. For example, allowing the input of
pictures in these sublinked windows for a more effective explanation of these
services. (Pictures are the strongest way of retaining memories)
Furthermore, when we would like to upload pictures of packages being shipped
and when delivered - This will be our branding as no company offers that type
of service, allowing a customer view the condition of their shipment prior to
shipment and after shipment. Thus, in filing any type of claim, this
information will come in handy.

Newsletter Page: A calendar for events and promotions that could be edited
daily on the back end. Thus a calendar on the main menu to which, customers can
click on and get the status of shipment and shipment dates as well as promotions.

Customer Log in: Requiring activation that is based on email confirmations
which enables us update our database through the validation process. This allows
us to track our customer base for the company also
6. Online Enquiry: This page has been taken out at the moment, I've been
wondering. Suggestion is that, it comes back as a send to a friend window to
encourage additional marketing for the site and business as well as build up of the
customer base. Thus, when a visitor to the site sends the message to another
person, we could use that as a lead to acquire the business and possibly convert
that to a customer.

from the TNT Corporate website and I think it's a great idea.
k) Merchant account integration. Client is responsible for providing merchant
account info including technical data.
