Chat Feature Like Facebook

I want a custom built chat feature and I have a lot of requirements. I already have a user based system on my website, I know PHP and I want to incorporate the chat with the members. Here's what I want the chat to do: I want it to function like Facebook's chat. Except you don't have to be friends with someone to message them. The chat will show everyone who's online (I have an option where users can turn their online status on/off). There will be like a message box where all the users can post freely and talk to each other(live/without refreshing). OR a user can click on another users icon and connect with them individually to chat, it will function like facebook chat and open a small window for those particular users. PLEASE be familiar with the Facebook chat feature. I want to log chat files in MYSQL. I want swear words to be blocked, I want some type of security incorporated and smiley faces. I can install myself and customize the colors/design. Just need it built. Brief overview: -Built using PHP -Live updates via jquery/ajax -IP log -Prevent spam and duplicate entries -Able to insert smilies -Prevent swear/bad words
