Wedding Photo Retouching

Hello,
I'm looking for someone to retouch approximately 100 images for me from a wedding.
The freelancer I hire must be willing to sign a confidentiality contract - absolutely no photos from this project can be shared with any other person or client, (not even for portfolio use) as my client requires that they be kept confidential.
I have approximately 100 images that require colour isolation, flyaway hairs fixed, double chin removed, back fat removed.
Please note I am on a tight budget.
Please advise on turnaround time and if possible (if you have permission from previous client) provide a work sample. Thanks!
