Real Hand Drawn Whiteboard Animations (long term cooperation)

As a freelance whiteboard animator myself I now am looking for people to put on a team I'm building. I don't want the videoscribe or other computer-hand software animations. It must be real hand drawn. RSA style like. Also no standard images. I'm looking for originality, creativity in visualising complex concepts, perhaps with some humor to go along.
