In need of a photo editor to edit real estate photographs. Able to handle a high volume of pictures. The job applicant needs to be fast and reliable and able to return the photographs in under 16 hours. Preferably 12 hours. The applicant will be responsible for enhancement of photos, lens correcting, color correcting, removing blemishes, white balance, adding TV screens onto the TV's, fires in the fireplaces and blue sky's if needed and etc. The applicant needs to be able to handle heavier workloads 200-500 pictures a week. If the applicant has worked on projects like this in the past, a portfolio of work done, or a resume would be preferred, upon submission of an application. Our needs for the photos are as follow: Our goal is to have as natural of a look as possible. Interiors: The windows need as much detail as possible without creating dark areas around the window (window pull in darken mode). -The vertical lines in the photos need to be straight up and down. (walls, doors, etc.) -The color in the room needs to have as little of a color cast as possible without removing all of the saturation from the photo. Exteriors: -The vertical lines in the photos need to be straight up and down. (sides of houses) -Photos need proper levels of saturation. Not too much, not too little. -Signs need to be removed from front if visible. Dropbox will be the platform that will be used for transferring files back and forth. Ideal applicant would accept compensation per photograph or hourly. Editor must have experience in either Lightroom & Photoshop for editing.
