I have a set of aerial images of a building that I would like to turn into a 3D model using the following methods:
1. Initial Processing: Point Cloud Generation (via Photogrammetric methods)
2. Post-Processing: 3D Modelling (for aesthetics)
These were acquired in a single straight overhead flight over the building (target of interest), which is what I would like to recreate. The images were then deliberately resampled to a coarser resolution. I will provide the dataset.
Due to how the images were captured, however, one side of this building is lacking in image coverage. Hence, points cannot be derived and post-processing of the resultant point cloud will, therefore, be necessary to construct a clean, good-looking model on all 4 sides of the building - aesthetic appearance is important in this project.
The deliverables are:
1. Video fly-through of the final product
2. Point cloud files in .las format

photogrammetry is a part of my everyday workflow, i will create both low res and high resolution models for your use. inbox me to see some photogrammetry works i have done in the past.
