Board Game Artwork: School & Zombie Invaded School

Hello! I need a location drawn up for a board game. I have attached the line drawing for the Hill location but I'm looking for full rendered images with this task. In this task you will be drawing an image of a School. It would be good to do this shot from inside a classroom. On the desk closest to the viewer we should see a couple of books open, and a notebook. On the top book there should be typical math equations. On the other book there should be a picture of an ice blast and some arrows hitting a target. Then on the notebook there should be notes on math functions, but sketches of ice and arrows in the margins. The chalk board should have some equations on the board. Another image, more of an alteration of the first image, is the same School but now it has been moved into by zombies. Now zombies in this story are like normal kids and people who maybe have just been spending too much time in their phones or Gameboys or loud headphones. Take the above image and just destroy lots of the educational stuff. Maybe have desks knocked over and some phones/headphones laying on some of the desks. There should be no characters or animals featured in the image. Also try to simulate the style in the attached pictures. If you agree to take on the project I will send you some more images so you can better get a feel for the world. I hold the copyright to both attached images. The dimensions of the image needs to be: 4000 x 2800 pixels Included in the budget is a little bit of back and forth. I would like you to send a couple quick sketches for me to approve. Once those are approved go ahead with cleaned up line work. And then go to final render. After each stage is past there will be less and less back and forth. I would imagine something like 4 edits to the thumbnail sketch phase. Two minor edits to the cleaned up line work phase. Then maybe a slight adjustment to coloring/lighting in the final phase. If you are awarded this project you will also need to sign over the copyright of the image to me so that I may use it in the board game, and other promotional material. If this goes well there is more work as well.
