I would like to say this one thing before i give details of the project is that i will communicate only in English/Hindi. And also that the project however does require understanding of the requirements as they are very specific. If the work is even a little bit off the requirements and specifications, it will not be accepted. List of specifications will be provided.
You have to design a full Armor, Weapon and shield for an existing character from the references being given. The full Body Armor set and weapons should be artistically good and are LOW POLY. If the current work is properly done, there will be many more projects with higher payouts in future to work with. References will be given once you understand the following requirements :
1.) For geometry source content use .SMD or .FBX
2.) For texture source content, use .TGA
3.) DO NOT exceed the geometry and texture size budget which will be given along with references. (approx 550 - 350 triangles per armor piece)
4.) There will be 2 models of each component, having different Level Of Details, namely having different polycount and texture sizes.
5.) All textures must be provided - color, normal, mask 1 and mask 2. Where mask 1 and mask 2 contain detailed information in each R, G, B and A channels about self-illum, specular highlights, Color and Fresnel suppression etc. Details will be given later.
6.) Models much be correctly attached to the specified bone structure of the character model.
Good quality and fast work would be preferred. Further details will be given when project starts. Please do not bid if you are not confident enough about providing the work strictly within the specifications.

I have gone through the details...few things are not clear....I have worked on several games ...i have following questions to ask :
1) Will I get the ref image from which i need to make those model ?
2) For geometry source content use .SMD or .FBX - Yes I will give you model in FBX format
3) For texture source content, use .TGA - TGA format is fine with me
4) DO NOT exceed the geometry and texture size budget which will be given along with references. (approx 550 - 350 triangles per armor piece) - this is fine..i will show you first detailed model in high poly..once approved will do retopo to make 2 lod....one within 550-350 triangles and another may be in 150-300 triangles
5) All textures must be provided - color, normal, mask 1 and mask 2. Where mask 1 and mask 2 contain detailed information in each R, G, B and A channels about self-illum, specular highlights, Color and Fresnel suppression etc. Details will be given later. ---- I will give normal map, specular map and texture map....but what you mentioned here mask 1 & 2 not clear to me
6) Models much be correctly attached to the specified bone structure of the character model. - specified bone means? where did you specify that?

Hey, I've worked in unity making low polygon assets for a client - armor pieces (attached to specific bones) so the work is very familiar. I'm an incredibly fast 3d modeler/texture artist and as I've been modelling since the days of half life 1, I know a great deal about topology optimization.
I have a strong generalist skillset using 3D Studio Max and have experience with creating game-ready assets such as weapons and amour. I have a solid understanding of production pipelines, as well as the requirements and restrictions of creating content for different types of game engines (such as Unity).
