Retail Merchandising: POP Material Deployment

Merchandiser Required – Retail POP Material Deployment Activity We are looking for freelancers to execute a retail merchandising activity across assigned stores in the city. Scope of Work Collect POP materials (Danglers, Posters, Background Stickers, etc.) from the designated Distributor (DS) Point. Obtain the daily route plan from the Sales Officer (SO) and plan store visits accordingly. Visit mapped retail outlets and install/post POP materials as per the deployment guidelines. Capture clear and visible before-and-after posting photographs through the mobile application. Update all required activity details in the app during each store visit. Cover 35–40 outlets per day, including activated, closed, and denied stores. Share daily reports in the designated WhatsApp group, including: Check-in selfie Check-out selfie App attendance screenshots Maintain a daily Promoter/Supervisor attendance and activity sheet. Obtain the Sales Team's signature on the activity sheet at the end of each day. After completion of the city activity, courier all signed documents to the designated address. Requirements Smartphone with Android device and internet connectivity. Ability to travel locally within the assigned city. Experience in merchandising, retail audits, field marketing, or promoter activities preferred. Good communication and reporting skills. Ability to complete daily targets and submit accurate reports.
