Full-Time Hospital Photography & Videography

I am looking for a dedicated visual storyteller who can stay on-site at our hospital and capture everything from daily surgical procedures to patient success stories and large-scale events. All cameras, lenses, lights, stabilisers, mics and editing stations are already here—you will simply walk in, plug in and start shooting. Your day will be varied: one moment you will film a surgeon explaining a complex technique in an educational, documentary style, and the next you might stage a short promotional clip showcasing our latest facility upgrade. You will also record heartfelt patient testimonials that need to look polished enough for the website, engaging enough for social media, and clear enough for internal presentations. Because we rely on this footage for patient education, marketing, and staff training, consistent file management, colour-matching, and quick turnaround edits are critical. RAW files stay on our secure server; final exports should arrive in web-optimised MP4 for video and high-resolution JPEG for stills (with layered PSDs or RAW files archived). Deliverables for each assignment: • Edited video (HD & square versions, captioned) • 10–15 colour-graded still photos • Source project files organised by shoot date I handle scheduling and consent forms—you focus on framing, lighting, audio, and post-production.
