Corporate Event Photography Needed

Overview We are seeking a professional photographer to capture a report launch event and provide a library of high-quality images for use across our website, social media channels, and other marketing and communications materials. The photography should reflect the professionalism, energy, and collaborative nature of the event while also providing a range of versatile images for future organisational use. Scope of Work The photographer will be required to: Event Photography Capture a wide range of candid and posed photographs throughout the event, including: - Attendees networking and interacting - Speakers presenting and participating in discussions - Audience engagement and participation - Informal conversations and group interactions - General atmosphere and key moments from the event - Venue and event branding where appropriate The emphasis should be on natural, dynamic images that demonstrate engagement, and professionalism among participants. Staff Headshots The photographer will also be required to take professional headshots of staff members before/after the event. Headshots should: - Be suitable for use on corporate websites, reports, publications, and professional profiles - Have a consistent style and background where possible - Include individual portraits of all designated staff members - Be professionally edited and retouched as appropriate Deliverables The photographer will provide: - A curated selection of high-resolution edited images from the event - A set of professionally edited staff headshots - Images delivered in JPEG format suitable for both print and digital use - Images supplied via secure online transfer within an agreed timeframe Indicative deliverables: - 75–100 edited event photographs - Professional headshots for all designated staff members Style Requirements Images should be: - Professional, modern, and authentic - Well-lit and high resolution - Suitable for business communications and public-facing materials - Captured in a documentary style, avoiding overly staged imagery except where required for headshots or group photographs Usage Rights The organisation requires a non-exclusive licence to use the photographs across: - Website and digital communications - Social media channels Printed publications and reports - Marketing and promotional materials - Press and media activities - Internal communications - The photographer may use selected images for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.
