I have 100 large folding antique and vintage maps of various sizes to be sold online. Each map must be numbered according to a defined numbering system physically in pencil on the back of the map. Each of the maps will be photographed twice using a digital SLR camera with at least 8 mega pixel resolution and a tripod - one photo to include the entire map area, and one close up photo of a detail of each map. The photos should be taken straight in front of the map, such that the map is not at an angle to the camera lens, and the map must be placed as flat as possible when the photo is taken. The map should be evenly lit at the time the photo is taken to ensure that there are no shadows on the map. The image files should then be processed to ensure the image is correctly orientated and cropped to exclude anything except the map itself. The image files should be saved in jpg format with a file name which corresponds to the sequential image number as written on the map itself. Certain details of each map should then be input into a standard spreadsheet template to be provided (dimensions, date of publication, name of publication in which the map was published, title of map).
