I run a home remodeling and property services company in Syracuse, New York — kitchens, bathrooms, decks, painting, gutters, landscaping, power washing, junk removal. I've got about two years of photos and video from real jobs in Google Drive. Roughly 150 photos and 45 clips, all shot by me on site. It's a mess: half of it loose in the main folder, most photos are iPhone HEIC. **The whole job, in one line:** > **One folder = one finished post.** I open a folder, select everything in it, hit post, done. No reordering, no hunting for a missing photo, no decisions left for me to make. **What one folder looks like** ``` POST 04 - Bathroom - marble tile/ [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] ``` Photos in posting order, a Reel if that job had video, and an empty [login to view URL] I fill in myself. **How to build them** Group files by job. You'll have to look at the photos — the filenames tell you nothing. Files from the same day usually have close IMG_ numbers, so a big jump means a different job. **Order is backwards from what you'd expect.** Finished shot first — that's the cover and it has to stop the scroll. Details and progress next. The demo or "before" shot goes **last**, as the payoff. Not chronological. 3 to 7 photos per folder, never more than 10 — that's the carousel limit. Extras go in a `SPARE` subfolder inside the same post folder. Jobs with fewer than 3 usable photos go in `SINGLES`. Anything you can't identify goes in `UNSORTED` rather than guessed at. Also: convert HEIC to JPEG, crop to 4:5 where it works, light straightening and exposure only. Drop duplicates, screenshots, half-second misfires and anything under 100 KB. Send me a short list of what you binned. **Reels** Where a job has video, cut a 15-second vertical Reel into that folder. 9:16, 1080p, no watermark. Text hook in the first second and a half — something like "Syracuse bathroom, studs to finished." Speed the walking footage up 3–4× and drop to real time for the reveal. That contrast is the whole trick. **What I don't want** No templates, swoosh overlays, BEFORE/AFTER banners, logo bugs or heavy filters. No stock photos or stock B-roll added in. These are real jobs and they need to look like it — plain and real beats polished and generic in my trade. No captions, hashtags, posting or strategy. You're not posting anything anywhere. Files only. **Practical** You'd get edit access to a copy of my Drive folder once we're working together. The video is silent walkthroughs — no talking, no voiceover — so anything that works off a transcript won't help here. Happy to talk budget once we've spoken. I'd rather start with one job and see how it goes than commit to the whole library up front. **To apply** Don't send a portfolio link and nothing else — I won't read it. Answer this one question: given a silent two-minute walkthrough of a finished bathroom, what three seconds would you definitely keep, and what would you cut first? Two sentences is plenty. Tell me what you edit in, too. I only read the applications that answer the question.

Hello, We have been doing video editing for the last 10 years and can organize your footage into clean, ready-to-post folders. For the bathroom walkthrough, we’d keep the strongest 3-second finished reveal and cut slow, repetitive walking footage first. We edit in Premiere Pro and can handle the HEIC conversion, photo selection, light corrections, carousels, and 15-second Reels exactly to your workflow. Thanks

Hi there! For a silent two-minute bathroom walkthrough, I’d definitely keep the strongest 3-second finished reveal that instantly shows the quality of the transformation. I’d cut the first long walking/slow-pan section and any repetitive shots that don’t add a new detail. I edit in **Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro**, with a focus on clean, natural, real-job visuals.

The hard part here is not editing — it’s making the folder truly post-ready so you don’t have to sort, rename, or second-guess anything after opening it. For a silent two-minute bathroom walkthrough, I’d definitely keep the cleanest 1-2 second reveal of the finished vanity/tile line plus a quick move into the wider finished shot; I’d cut the shaky walking lead-in first, because dead movement kills the payoff before the reveal lands. I’d handle this as a real-job organization pass first, then a restrained edit pass: group by job, order the images for scroll-stopping cover → details/progress → before/demo last, move extras into SPARE, and keep the Reel plain, vertical, and natural with no gimmicky overlays. I edit in Premiere Pro and Photoshop/Lightroom depending on what the files need. If you want, we can use one bathroom or kitchen job as the paid test so you can judge the folder structure before scaling. - Does your first trial job already have both photos and video, or should I price it as photos-only unless matching clips are clearly there? - Do you want the renamed files exactly in the style from your example, or are simple numbered names enough for the trial?

Hi, I can organize your full Google Drive media library into clean, ready-to-post job folders exactly as described. I’ll review the photos and clips visually, group them by actual job, place the strongest finished image first, progress/detail shots next, and the demo/before image last. I can also handle the HEIC files, keep each job’s video with the correct folder, and follow your naming structure so each folder is ready to open and post without further sorting. I’ll preserve the original media and work carefully so nothing is misplaced or lost. Portfolio & Reviews: https://www.freelancer.com/u/fatimak260 If you share access to the Drive, I can start by organizing a few jobs first so you can confirm the structure before I complete the full library. Best Regard, Fatima

The best 3 seconds are the ones that make the finished space immediately understandable — a clean, steady reveal showing the bathroom at its strongest. I’d cut the slow walking sections, shaky footage, repeated angles, and any moment that doesn’t add new visual information. I’d keep the edit simple and authentic, letting the real craftsmanship of the work speak for itself. I can also handle the full media organization: grouping files by project, selecting the strongest images, putting them in the correct order, converting HEIC files to JPEG, making light exposure/straightening adjustments, removing duplicates and unusable footage, and keeping everything clearly structured. For the video work, I use Premiere Pro and can create the 15-second vertical edits with a strong opening hook, controlled pacing, clean cuts, and the reveal timed for maximum impact — without unnecessary effects, templates, or artificial-looking elements. I’m happy to start with one job as a test and, if the workflow is a good fit, continue organizing the rest of the library consistently. Would you like me to start with the first bathroom project as the initial test?

I’d keep the 3 seconds where the camera finishes the walkthrough and lands on the strongest finished view, the moment the whole bathroom, marble/tile work, vanity and lighting come together in one frame. I’d cut the slow approach through the doorway first, especially any seconds showing empty floor/walls, and edit in a 3–4× speed-up for that walking section before dropping back to real time for the reveal.I edit in CapCut and can also work with Photoshop/Canva for the photo side. I hope you can consider this answer and we can talk more trough chat before we start! Thank you.

As an experienced Graphic Designer and Videographer, I have the technical skills and eye for detail needed to transform your messy media library into organized, ready-to-post folders. My background in Image and Video editing ensures that each folder will include carefully curated shots that follow the desired order and style. Harnessing my 13+ years of experience specifically in Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Video Editing, Photo Editing and Videography, I will convert the HEIC files to JPEG while keeping the post suitable ratio always as 4:5. With your vision at the forefront of my mind, I will do away with any duplicates or irrelevant images less than 100KB, always communicating what's been discarded. Moreover, having also worked on various projects involving silent walkthroughs like yours, I am familiar with the art of creating high-impact videos from minimalistic footage. Understanding that time is of essence on platforms like Instagram where attention spans are short, I appreciate your need for professional reels that deliver key information within a tight time frame. Applying creative techniques such as speeding up certain segments and holding back on reveals to build anticipation, while maintaining optimal quality throughout at 9:16 orientation is an area where I excel. Portfolio: https://www.freelancer.com/u/nenelilly Budget and timeline will be discussed based on the final requirements. Best regards, Kennedy

Your main bottleneck is decision fatigue, not lack of footage, so the deliverable has to remove choices completely: one folder, posting order set, Reel finished, extras tucked away. For a silent two-minute bathroom walkthrough, I’d keep the strongest 3 seconds where the camera settles on the finished shower/vanity reveal, and I’d cut the first uneven walk-in or any repeated pan immediately. This kind of cleanup works best when it stays honest to the trade, and your brief is clear about that — no fake polish, no stock inserts, no loud transitions. I can sort by visual job matching, convert the HEIC files, do light straightening/exposure, crop where 4:5 helps, and build the folder exactly so you can open and post without rearranging anything. I edit in Premiere Pro and Photoshop. Starting with one paid sample job makes sense and is the right way to test whether my sorting logic matches yours. - Is the first trial folder you want me to build from a bathroom project, or should I choose the cleanest matched set from the Drive copy? - For Reels, do you want only text in the opening hook and no music added at all unless you ask for it later?

For a silent bathroom walkthrough, I’d definitely keep the three seconds showing the finished bathroom reveal in the best wide angle, ideally with the camera smoothly moving toward the main feature like the shower or vanity. I’d cut the first few seconds of walking, shaky footage, repeated angles, and any shots that don’t add a clear detail or visual payoff. I edit in **Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects**, and I can also organize the photos, convert HEIC files, create clean 15-second Reels, and structure each finished post folder exactly as requested.

Hello, I reviewed your workflow, and the key challenge is turning an unorganized library into ready to post folders without losing the story of each real project. For a silent two minute bathroom walkthrough, I would definitely keep the strongest three second finished reveal that immediately shows the completed space, and cut repetitive walking footage, slow pans, and shaky sections first. I have worked on similar real estate, construction, and social media video editing projects and can share relevant examples once we connect in chat. Also a quick question, do you want the same visual selection and naming logic applied consistently across all jobs once the first folder is approved? Best Regards, Muskan

The challenge is really curation under your rules: same-job grouping, strongest finished image first, before/demo last, and nothing left for you to figure out at posting time. For a silent two-minute bathroom walkthrough, I’d keep the moment the frame opens into the finished room and the eye immediately reads the tile/fixture payoff; I’d cut the wandering setup footage first, especially any slow approach that doesn’t reveal anything new. I’ve worked on real-estate and contractor-style short-form edits where plain, believable footage performs better than overdesigned content, so your “plain and real beats polished and generic” note is exactly the right direction. I can prep a trial post folder with cleaned selects, JPEG conversions, light corrections, the spare/unsorted logic, and a simple vertical Reel with a fast-to-real-time reveal flow. I edit in Premiere Pro and Photoshop. A one-job test is the smart place to begin, and I’m fine working that way before touching the wider library. - Do you want me to include the binned-file list inside the main post folder or as a separate text file beside it? - If a job has usable clips but weak photo coverage, should I still build a post folder around the video, or send it to SINGLES/UNSORTED for now?
