I am looking for someone with a friendly American (or British, Australian) accent to answer the phones for my office and do light office work like emails and follow-ups It is very important that the applicant has a cheerful American accent. It first work with be around an hour a day but then it will grow to nearly a full time job

I have been a customer service agent for about 8 years. I am trained in the British, American and Austrian Accents so a Native American’s accent is easy. Besides, I have experience in various processes both technical and non-technical. In terms of technical experience, it is Tier 3 ATT ConnecTech support. This is a level of support nobody in technical backgrounds provides these days. Besides that, notably I have also worked with sales processes. In both of these ATT processes, I have been a process trainer and a voice and accent trainer. With the best agent and trainer awards, I have also gone through two different training certification programs, which means I'm the best at what I do - Customer Service!!

I started working in the BPO industry in 2006. My first job was with Direct TV as a sales representative. I was trained well on that line of business and I know that I have what it takes to make sales over the phone. I also did worked for Travelocity as an Travel expert. We handled flight reservation, cancellation and change as well as Car rentals and Vacation packages.I can work with minimal supervision and can handle almost all kinds of customer service scenarios. Working graveyard and working in holidays does not bother me at all. I can communicate well in English and I have the leadership skill that all company would like to have.
