Explanation of scenario:
We are running an Avaya Phone system with IP Office software. It is mostly working well, however I need someone to do some very simple changes to the night switch option.
Three things are required:
1. Forward calls to to a specified mobile number when the night switch is activated
2. If the mobile does not answer, send the call to voicemail then email a specified address with the .wav file
3. You will need to explain to us how to record the after hours voicemail message.
I am assuming this will be quite simple for someone familiar with the software. Pls let us know for further information necessary to get the project done. We will arrange Team Viewer access to the IP Office Managment software.
