I have a file with the folowing data:

# 1 (GLN 1 NE2 )_(GLN 1 HE21)..(GLN 1 OE1 ) % occupied: 100.000000

distance avg 2.183 dev 0.045 max 2.363 min 1.999 N 51314

angle(deg) avg 87.353 dev 5.332 max 112.996 min 62.629 N 51314

# 13 (GLN 1 NE2 )_(GLN 1 HE21)..(LEU 10 O ) % occupied: 0.003898

distance avg 3.196 dev 0.102 max 3.298 min 3.094 N 2

angle(deg) avg 76.478 dev 0.696 max 77.174 min 75.782 N 2

# 161 (GLN 1 NE2 )_(GLN 1 HE21)..(DMS 88 O ) % occupied: 0.005846

distance avg 3.152 dev 0.046 max 3.202 min 3.092 N 3

angle(deg) avg 89.363 dev 3.155 max 91.925 min 84.919 N 3

# 364 (GLN 1 NE2 )_(GLN 1 HE21)..(DMS 190 S ) % occupied: 0.003898

distance avg 3.193 dev 0.070 max 3.263 min 3.123 N 2

angle(deg) avg 79.653 dev 10.084 max 89.737 min 69.569 N 2

# 371 (GLN 1 NE2 )_(GLN 1 HE21)..(DMS 193 O ) % occupied: 1.077679

distance avg 2.919 dev 0.133 max 3.284 min 2.623 N 553

angle(deg) avg 10.803 dev 5.497 max 28.926 min 0.696 N 553

I would like to select only the line that has % occupied greater than a specific number (e.g. 50). In this example the first line:

# 1 (GLN 1 NE2 )_(GLN 1 HE21)..(GLN 1 OE1 ) % occupied: 100.000000

should be selected because % occupied is greater than 50.

I would like the code to be in perl and the output file to be in text format. I am using Redhat 9.
