Perl CentOS Route Comparison

I would like a perl script written to check the running network routes on a linux (centos) server against the routes saved on the server's disk. This script will be run remotely from a windows workstation. It will take a list of ip addresses, usernames/passwords and report if the routes on disk are identical to the routes in memory, or if they are different. It should also list the default route and the interface for the default route. The application will use ssh to connect to the remote machines. I will also need directions to install and configure the cpan modules used.
