56279 Domain to IP Subroutine

We need a very small script, more of a subroutine. Some may already have this. We will supply the sub routine a domain, i.e. [login to view URL], [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] The purpose of the subroutine will be to identify the country of that domain, not the geographical location but the actual extension location, i.e. [login to view URL] = United States, [login to view URL] = United Kingdom, [login to view URL] = South Africa. Supporting all available domains. Second part is to take the IP and identify the IP Address. So, when I supply [login to view URL], the results returned will be Country = South African IP = [login to view URL] Delivery includes working sub routines in perl format. Must be original work and not require outside database source.
