I’m preparing a large-scale enterprise migration to the latest Windchill platform and need a seasoned architect who has already steered similar PLM moves from planning through go-live. Your first task will be to craft a clear migration strategy and reference architecture that covers staging environments, cut-over approach, rollback planning, and license considerations. From there, you’ll lead end-to-end execution: extracting legacy data, performing object and attribute mapping, cleansing inconsistencies, validating results, and automating load scripts so the process is repeatable for future waves.
