Position: Property Manager (Full-Time / Part-Time) Objective: We are seeking an organized and proactive Property Manager to onboard our clients and ensure the successful listing and management of properties on the [login to view URL] platform. The focus will be on efficient property setup, account management, and providing excellent customer service to facilitate smooth operations and guest bookings. Deliverables: Completed registration and live property listings on [login to view URL] Timely forwarding of guest information and booking details to the company. Verification of property links upon listing completion. Scope of Work: Mobile App Setup: Download and install the [login to view URL] app on a mobile device. Access Property Information: Retrieve essential property information from a provided Notepad (.txt) file. Download property images from a linked Google Drive folder. Platform Registration: Register on [login to view URL] as a host. List the property under Profile - List your property.- Account Setup Set up an account using a personal email and phone number. Property Listings Creation: Publish the property on [login to view URL] in accordance with platform guidelines. Select the option for guest payment at the property and enable Instant Booking. Property Management: Manage inquiries, bookings, and availability updates across the platform. Ensure timely responses to potential guests. Forwarding Guest Information: Collect and forward guest reservation details (name, email, phone number, booking period, and payment info) in PDF format to the company. Timeline: All tasks, including property registration and publication, must be completed within 48 hours. The property listing link will be sent to the company for verification. Support: The candidate will receive ongoing support from our team throughout the project, ensuring that any issues encountered during registration, listing, or management can be resolved swiftly. Expected Outcome: By the end of the task, the property will be live and available for bookings on the [login to view URL] platform. This will establish a strong foundation for the candidate's role as Property Manager, allowing for efficient management and maximization of bookings.
