Edit an Altium PCB Project to reduce down battery charging time -- 2

Budget ₹600-2000 INR

I have a PCB designed in Altium that charges a 3.7 v Li-Po battery and then provides power to a 5V fan. The battery is 500mah capacity and takes 2 hr to charges. I need a designer to change the circuit so, that the same battery can be charged in 1 hr.
