This is a simple toy type product which will be given away at trade shows. The build needs to be as cheap as possible. The goal is to use a simple microcontroller, SPST momentary switch and several LEDs. The microcontroller turns the LEDs on and off in a simple strobing sequence. The switch cycles through three different lighting sequences with the last of the cycle turning the device off. Power will be from a 3v coin cell battery. Components will be 0603.
I expect that the ATtiny8 might be a good choice.
I've attached here a video of a device that does exactly as I want, however the micro controller here is entirely custom and cannot be bought.
Your deliverables will be:
1. Electronic design
2. PCB design on my template (I provide the PCB shape in Altium)
4. Production gerbers.
