Create two almost identical PCBs in Kicad or similar starting from a pdf file

Hello Electronics Freelancers,
I have a sensor PCB board, wich I want to replicate in Kicad, or other electronics package which can be exported to Kicad.
The scheme is pretty simple: two boards of an array of 16 hall sensors, communicating with a Cd74hc4067 Arduino module, and some 2.54 mm headers at each side.
I used thick lines in my design as they are house made, but I want to be able to parametrize the line thickness and separation so I can produce smaller pcbs.
