I need a robust, 150 VA pure-sine-wave inverter prototype, that runs from a 28 V DC source and cleanly drives EL lighting systems at 40-120V AC (variable), 400 Hz output. The goal is a compact, service-friendly design that delivers flicker-free light without injecting noise back into the DC bus (design will be EMI compliant). You will take the project from topology selection through to production-ready documentation. High conversion efficiency, low THD, and thermal reliability under continuous operation matter more to me than squeezing every last component cent. Component availability and safety clearances must match standard industrial practices.
