Mi computadora con Windows se apaga de golpe, sin mostrar ningún mensaje de error. Necesito asistencia remota paso a paso para: • Diagnosticar por qué pierde energía: revisa temperatura, controladores, integridad del sistema y posibles fallas de hardware desde herramientas como Event Viewer, PowerShell, HWMonitor y las utilidades que prefieras (TeamViewer o AnyDesk para la conexión). • Solucionar la causa raíz y confirmar que el equipo se mantenga encendido durante un test prolongado. • Realizar una limpieza completa: formateo y reinstalación de Windows desde cero, sin necesidad de respaldar datos porque ya he decidido no conservar ningún archivo. Entregarás un sistema estable, activado, con los controladores correctos, Windows Update al día y las utilidades básicas instaladas (navegador, lector PDF, antivirus). Una vez terminado, quiero poder encender la PC y que permanezca funcionando sin apagones durante al menos 24 horas de uso normal.
