Payment library (PalmOS and WinCE)

We have a payment gateway that uses an SMTP-like TCP/IP handshake to send/receive payment information. Currently we have php and perl libraries that enable users to connect to the gateway. We are interested in building equivalent libraries for PalmOS and WinCE applications to pay.

We will provide the API, and you will provide a fully working library and source code, with a test application, and documentation.
