I'm looking for an artist to paint a realistic portrait of a couple on a bridge in the rain. My brother proposed to his fiancé on a rainy day on the Pacific Avenue Boardwalk bridge in Virginia Beach. As a wedding gift, I’d like to give them a painting of that moment. I have photos of the area if needed, as well as photos of the kind of style I was thinking of, but I’m very open to ideas.
