My 50-page CV has grown over the years and the references—especially in the Publications section—now look uneven. Tabs, manual spaces, and inconsistent line breaks crept in as I updated entries, so the layout no longer aligns cleanly from one reference to the next. I need someone comfortable working in Microsoft Word to: • Align every reference line and hanging indent uniformly • Even out line-to-line spacing so the list reads smoothly • Standardize font style and size across the entire document I am not following APA, MLA, or Chicago; I simply want a consistent, professional appearance that matches the rest of the CV. The publications are currently in the current preferred Med School Forma. The main focus is the Publications section, but please apply the same polish wherever you spot similar issues elsewhere in the file. You may work directly in the document—tracked changes are welcome but not mandatory—as long as the final file opens cleanly in Word and everything lines up without stray tabs or mismatched fonts.
