Need an OSCom GURU for a quick fix now. Also need lots more oscom work as soon as we get this fixed.
We have been adding new orders through the admin order editor contribution for years.
Just added a new order several days ago.. When we got to item 4 and clicked update...got some errors. Tried entering a new order click update after each item edition and modification etc.. so we could try to catch what it was that caused the error. Again everything was fine until we added the 4th item. No idea why it happens on the fourth item... maybe coincidence.
On clicking update button this URL opens:
.../cat2/admin/[url removed, login to view];action=update_order
and shows the errors in the attached screen shot.
When refreshing the order we see
1) status has changed to CANCEL.
2) Order total is $4
3) none of the most recent data changes were kept.
Can we get this fixed quickly?
