Prepare the detailed Project Plan and kick off
Requirement gathering from the Business, understand and document the AS-IS process and pain areas.
Understand in detail the Cost Estimates, Budget, Forecast and Actual cost process to map it with EBS modules and provide the fit gap analysis.
Prepare the documents that are covering key design considerations with a detailed reason for choosing that design option, full functional solution design with process flows, Detailed technical design, Accounting for all category of transactions and re-conciliations, Month end closing process and related reconciliation reports.
Setup the Project costing modules based on the understanding, and changes to existing oracle purchasing module that is required for successful enablement of project costing in Emaar
Development of components, which will be part of fit gap analysis and agreed by Emaar for the development to streamline the business processes.
6.1. Custom Workflows using AME, WebADI and custom forms ( all limited to 10 no.s )
6.2. Personalization ~20 are included as part of the scope.
6.3. Reports ~5 will be developed related to project costing and project budgeting modules. An Excel report with multiple tab will be considered as One report.
SIT for business users - complete ownership of SIT and issue fixes that arises during SIT.
Test cases development and validation with the Business Users of EMAAR
95% of the Test cases pass will be the exit Criteria of SIT and entry criteria for UAT.
Data migration from the legacy system is limited to the Project costing module
Training Documents for each process with screen shots be developed for Train the Trainer approach
Conduct UAT including all the SIT fixes and Data Migration.
99% of the test cases to be successful at the end of UAT and will be the entry criteria for Go Live.
Deployment of the Solution on production.
Post Production Support for 8 weeks (must include 2 month end closures)
Knowledge Sharing and all the project deliverables handover to the Support team
