Many forms request similar underlying information related to diagnoses, treatment plans, functional limitations, work restrictions, and leave requirements. Some PDFs contain fillable fields, while others are scanned or visually structured documents without embedded form fields. Today, our operations team completes these forms manually. Our goal is to generate reliable AI-assisted drafts so operators can primarily review, edit, and approve submissions. We are targeting approximately 15 completed forms per hour while maintaining or improving accuracy. We are looking for someone who has built similar production systems and can help us identify and implement the fastest credible path to this outcome.
