Hi, clean text out of a batch of high res photos, matching the original headings and paragraph breaks. Photos are the awkward part: skew and shadows are what wreck OCR accuracy, not the font. How I'd do it: deskew each image and flatten the shadows first, run Google Vision on the cleaned copy, keep the layout blocks so headings stay headings, then a read over every page against the photo. Anything unreadable gets a flagged row with the filename so you can resend it. Roughly how many photos are in the batch? I've done the same on scanned invoice batches into Excel, tables intact.
