Job Description – Operations Manager (NSI Lucknow) Position: Operations Manager (Full-Time / Hybrid) Location: Nursing Saarthi Institute (NSI), Lucknow Salary: per month + Incentives ⸻ About NSI Going to start soon Nursing Saarthi Institute (NSI), Lucknow ek naya aur dynamic coaching institute hai jo Nursing Officer exams (NORCET, PGI, KGMU, ESIC, DSSSB, etc.) ke liye premium coaching, notes, mock tests aur mentorship provide karta hai. ⸻ Role Overview Operations Manager NSI ka backbone hoga – jo faculty, students, content team, marketing aur admissions sab ko ek saath manage karega. Institute ke daily operations, growth plan aur reporting ki zimmedaari isi ke haath mein hogi. ⸻ Key Responsibilities 1. Faculty & Content Management • Faculty ki hiring, scheduling aur coordination. • Notes aur lecture videos ki quality ensure karna. • Faculty meetings organize karna, deadlines enforce karna. 2. Content & Media Supervision • Notes + PDFs + Reels/Shorts ka daily flow check karna. • Video editor, designer aur social media team se coordinate karna. • Weekly content calendar banake implement karna. 3. Marketing & Admissions • Marketing team ka weekly performance analysis. • Posters, flexes, pamphlets distribution supervise karna. • Digital ads (Instagram + YouTube) ka ROI analyse karna. • Admission counsellors aur campus ambassadors ko monitor karna. 4. Student & Parent Handling • New student inquiries handle karna (walk-in + calls + WhatsApp). • Parent meetings & counselling sessions conduct karna. • WhatsApp/Telegram groups manage karna, student engagement maintain karna. 5. Reporting & Strategy • Daily update to Academic Head. • Weekly admission & marketing report. • Monthly growth roadmap & target setting. ⸻ Requirements • Graduate (MBA/Management/Nursing background preferred). • Experience in education, coaching, or operations preferred. • Strong communication & leadership skills. • Basic knowledge of digital marketing & admissions cycle. • Must be reliable, proactive & target-oriented. ⸻ Compensation • Salary: after interview • Incentives: ₹1,000 per admission after monthly target.
