I need reliable hands-on help for day-to-day end-user issues across a mixed estate that runs Ubuntu, CentOS, Debian and the occasional Windows Server VM. Most workloads sit on private clouds built with OpenStack and CloudStack, while a growing share has moved to AWS, so you should be equally at home troubleshooting instances through the CLI, console, or API. Tickets range from user-account problems, package and kernel updates, VM lifecycle hiccups, and network/storage quirks, through to deeper cloud tasks such as quota tuning or security-group cleanup. Clear English documentation inside Freshdesk is mandatory, and you’ll connect through our VPN for any console work. If you already script fixes in Bash, Python or Ansible, or know your way around the OpenStack and CloudStack CLIs (plus the usual AWS toolkit), mention it—those skills are a welcome bonus.
