We are a nonprofit ministry that serves the homeless population. We have spreadsheets of clients, group homes, class schedules and attendance, driving schedules and attendance, community court appearances and want to consolidate all of this information into a single database and mobile app that will simplify movement of information and auto fill pdfs used by state of az billing department
We want to have it cloud based using Sharepoint and PowerApps.
We need a simple to use data entry form to view and edit client info, review and update driver schedules and to automate workflow processes so that when new clients are added or updated appropriate fields and forms are filled in.
Right now the biggest bottleneck in the company is outdated information in spreadsheets, lack of information sharing across the organization due to the limitations of spreadsheets and having to manually fill in government forms for the transportation sector.
We need to be able to go into our Office365 Group and Teams app and be able to quickly access and view all of the above information, generate reports for drivers, clients, etc based on specific date ranges and extrapolate this information into the pdf.
The government forms that we have need to be scanned and converted into and editable pdf that can be filled from the Sharepoint database and reports that we need created.
We also need to have a mobile app created with PowerApps for our staff especially drivers to be able to see their routes, clients on their routes and to select which clients have been picked up en route. This live app information will then need to be saved as a daily trip report that can be exported to the fillable pdf that you will create based on the scanned form we will provide.
We will need mobile PowerApps apps created that will allow staff to remotely update client information in the field, add new clients to routes or have access to whatever data is in the database.
Our reporting tools and layout of Sharepoint, Groups and Teams apps need to be setup so that the Executive staff can quickly and easily see what is happening company wide from an aggregated data view on the main screens. Input from you on what views are possible and what reporting you believe is possible and beneficial will be greatly appreciated!
We need to have this be a complete solution that we can maintain so as to not have to continually come back for further updates as needed and training provided to our staff on how to use Office365 and Sharepoint in the most effective manner to fully utilize the benefits of the solution that you will create.
