ODOO quants issue

ISSUE 1

I am using MANUFACTURING ORDER module

I have purchased all the raw materials and transfered into the local stock

but as you can see in the manufacturing order (see picture attached), raw materials appear as not available (in red)

but they are available indeed

example: G1 (see attached)

ISSUE 2:

the quants of purchases do not get splitted when transfering delivery order with quantity less then purchase order
