Odoo.sh CRM Email & DNS Setup

I run my CRM on [login to view URL] and need every piece of email infrastructure working smoothly with my private domain. The job breaks down into three core parts: • Mail gateway connection – Configure IMAP / SMTP so that all messages sent from or received at my private-domain addresses pass through Odoo without bouncing or landing in spam. • Lead capture by email – Each incoming message must instantly create a lead in Odoo CRM, using the standard “Email leads” pipeline. I also want an auto-reply to acknowledge receipt and a rule that assigns the lead to the right sales team. • DNS alignment – Add or adjust the required A, CNAME and MX records with my registrar so [login to view URL] can authenticate the domain (including SPF, DKIM if needed) and keep deliverability high.
