It's a simple web view with the internet check
Launching the app it will show a launch image (splash image) and it will check the internet connection, if the internet is not working, it will display an error page with a "refresh check button", if internet is ok it will show the web app. We don't need navigation bars.
When we are in the "Dashboard page" we can use the "export PPT" function, (in the pc browser it download the ppt file)" in the web app it show the ppt file, and in the "ppt view" we need a bar with a "close button" and a "Share button". The close button come back to the dashboard, the share button will show "Open with..... and Send with mail..."
The app must be signed with our enterprise distribution certificate, the iOS developer will be in our team as a member, the distribution information will be delivered by us to the winner.
Developer must use git repository, and must available for webex session if needed.
The supplier must sign a NDA, the job must be done in less then half day.
