Recreate Lo Fi App

In 2012 Wingnut LLC created an app called LoFI. They are now called Exposure Software. It can run on a Mac 10 or lower. It’s really cool because it looks like a digital camera interface, and you can upload a picture. Terrence Tay and Finlay Lee are people I found on LinkedIn who created it. They said I can do it as long as no proprietary information is used. So I am looking for talented people to help design this app which could then be used as a seamless plug in for my website to drive traffic. It would be to allow anyone to upload a photo and edit, or perhaps better as an application itself. I kind of like the old school approach of just a simple application on the website that allows you to use it directly from web page not even as a download. Is that possible? Attached below is what the app looks like (black camera)
