Job Post: Panchang & Kundli Matching Software Developer / Team Required Project Overview: We are looking for an experienced developer or team to build a Panchang, Kundli (Astrology Chart), and Kundli Matching Software. The software will calculate planetary positions, generate Kundli, display Panchang, and perform Kundli matching with detailed reports. Note: The project owner is a PhD Scholar in Astrology who will provide guidance for authentic astrological formulas and will work closely with the team in a collaborative spirit. Responsibilities: Develop accurate Kundli Calculation Engine (Planetary positions, Lagna, Dosha, Dasha, Nakshatra, Tithi, etc.) Build Panchang Module (Tithi, Vara, Nakshatra, Yoga, Karana, Sunrise/Sunset, Ayanamsa, etc.) Implement Kundli Matching (Ashtakoot, Manglik Dosha, compatibility scoring). Integrate Astrological formulas & Ephemeris data (Swiss Ephemeris / NASA / Moshier). Backend development in C/C++/Python/Node.js for real-time accuracy. User-friendly Web & Mobile UI with multilingual support (Hindi & English). Optimize performance, scalability, and security. Required Skills: Strong knowledge of C, C++, Python, and Node.js Experience with Astronomical/Ephemeris libraries (Swiss Ephemeris preferred) Understanding of Vedic Astrology calculations (Panchang, Kundli, Doshas, Matching) UI/UX development for Web & Mobile apps Database design and integration (SQL/NoSQL) API development and cloud deployment experience Additional Expertise Needed: Vedic Astrology Expert – to guide calculation logic & rules (Doshas, Yogas, Ashtakoot Matching). Astronomy/Math Specialist – for planetary motion & ephemeris calculations. Ephemeris/Data Integration Expert – for Swiss Ephemeris / Moshier implementation. Database & Backend Specialist – to handle storage and API performance. UI/UX Designer – to create a clean, intuitive, and multilingual interface.
