Scrape with Node.js

We have two documents with URL's that needs to be scraped.
The scripts is partly made, but have some flaws.
Script 1 :
We need to be able to scrape URL's like these:

What we need of info is :
* Name of restaurant
* Adress
* Postalnumber + city
* URL
So the data retrieved should be delivered in a csv file :
"Den Gamle Grillbar og BBQ", "Holsteinsgade 12", "8300 Odder", "[login to view URL]

Script 2:
Second script : [login to view URL] takes input as fx:

[login to view URL]
On a page like [login to view URL] is 35 restaurants
We need to scrape following from each restaurant:
URL:
Rating:
Rating count:
So for the above page the output should be a cvs file with the following info:
"[login to view URL]", 4.6, 36
"[login to view URL]", 4.1, 316
"[login to view URL]", null, null
...
...
...
All 35 restaurants.
