customize email esclation SLA help desk (trudesk open source)

i want to customize a module to send an email esclation if a Ticket exceed the SLA the system is Trudesk open source ticketing sytem

task should include to chose a user with prvilge to beselected for the Team where an email will be sent to bim as an esclation if ticket is not closed for example in SLA 24 hours and there is second level esclation to Department manger and Third esclation level for Group manager

you should have experiance in Trudesk opensource ticketing sytem

also you should be with experiance in node.js and redux data base is Mongo db

work should be done within the coming two days (so if you are not free immediatly do not bid).
