we want to analyze the tweets which mention STC to get client feedback. The system would then auto-respond with a kind tweet related to the issue.
The system should fetch tweets where a user is mentioned, then analyze these tweets and split them into 3 groups. One group is for satisfied customers, another is for unsatisfied customers, and a third for neutral tweets.
The system would then auto-reply to the negative tweets with an autogenerated response, such as (we're sorry our services were unsatisfactory. kindly send us a private message with your name and number and one of our agents will contact you soon). When a customer is satisfied the response will also be autogenerated (we're glad you're another satisfied customer.)
If a customer is neutral, the system will display these tweets and allow the account owner to respond manually.
This project will allow a business owner to track his client’s level of satisfaction and it would reply to all customers in seconds if they are satisfied or unsatisfied. If they are neutral and need to be checked, the system allows a customer service rep to respond.
we can assume the customer falls under the neutral category and personal response needs to be sent to that customer.

my project Cares about customer service. How? By taking any one mention username of company in twitter. Its classification is negative, positive, or neutral on the way to Watson
If positive automatically reply "thanks"
If negative automatically reply "sorry send your number to coll you". And taking a reply the user to display.
If neutral we need to manual reply on page by input text message to tweet in Twitter by input text
The page should be three things

2. Display any negative tweets with a text reply of customers
3. Display any neutral tweets to to manual reply by use input text
