502s from Nginx usually mean the upstream Node services aren't binding correctly or XAMPP is hogging the ports you need. I'd map out every listener on the VPS first, kill the conflicts, then rebuild the Nginx config to proxy :3000/:3001/:3002 cleanly behind your domain with separate location blocks for the API routes.
