OTP verification through Supabase, a captured Razorpay payment, and a warranty card that has to exist as a real PDF the moment the payment clears, that chain only holds together if the DB write and the card render happen inside the same transaction as the payment webhook, not bolted on after. I'd build it as one server side flow: verify OTP, capture via the Razorpay webhook rather than just the client callback since that's the part people skip and then cards go missing on flaky connections, write the warranty row, render the card server side to PDF and PNG, then have the dashboard read straight off that record. For the dashboard I'd keep it to three views, active warranties pulling status off the same table, profile edits hitting Supabase auth directly, and a service request form writing to its own table with a status the admin side can update. Admin gets product and pricing CRUD plus a transaction list tied back to the Razorpay order IDs, so nothing needs reconciling by hand. Cypress and Playwright cover the OTP flow, checkout, and card generation before anything ships. M1: Supabase auth with 2FA, DB schema, product and admin skeleton, 10500 INR, 2 days. M2: Razorpay webhook capture plus PDF and PNG card generation and storage, 11000 INR, 2 days. M3: customer dashboard, profile edits, service requests, admin panel finished, Cypress and Playwright coverage, 10375 INR, 2 days. Send me the repo and I'll have a tighter number back tomorrow.
