Every time the evidence is "checked out" or viewed by an officer, a transaction is recorded. If the file hash changes even by one bit, the Blockchain rejects it. Tech Stack: Frontend: React.js or Flutter. Blockchain: Ethereum (Sepolia Testnet) or Hyperledger Fabric (for private permissioned access).
